Samuel Everett to Richard Everett: A Historic Tradition of Essex, England to Dedham, MA

The first five of the Richard Everett generation, "Descendants of Richard Everett of Dedham, MA," by Edward Franklin Everett, were correct for a couple of children. The George Everard designation as the ancestor  is questionable and not possible for me to check out.                

(1) George Everard b. 1564 and d. 1615 in Holbrook, Suffolk, England. He was married to Mary Pearse who dates were b. 1564 to d. 1615.

(2) Richard Everett b. 1612 in Prob, Essex, England and 1682 in Dedham, Norfolk, MA. He married (1) Mary Winch in 1643. Her dates were b. 1614 and d. 1682. He had a (2) second wife too.

(6) Aaron Everett b. 1748 (Germany) and d. 1797 in Minisink, Orange, NY. He married (1) Abigail Holbrook who was b. 1752 and d. 1785. He married (2) Jane A. Everett b. 1757 and d. 1790. They were married 1771. He married (3) Jane Everett who was born in 1748 but they had no children.

(7) Samuel Everett b. 1773 in Minisink, Orange, NY and d. 1838 in son Zepaniah home in Franklin, OH.  He married (1) Sarah "Sally" Wilcox 1790. She was born Minisink, Orange, NY. and d. abt 1816-1817 in Franklin Co. They resided there 1800 in Canton, Luzane PA until  1810. Moved to Franklin, OH abt 1814 with his brother-in-law. Settled near Franklinton, OH. He then married (2) Elizabeth Nichols in Franklin, OH. Samuel was an itinerant shoemaker in 1800 in NY and 1810 in Pacensus. 

        Children of Sarah "Salley" Everett:

           Miah Everett b. 1793 and d. 1794

           Sarah Jane Everett b. 1796 and married Thomas Mickey (Massie). She was widow to MO in 1839.                                                                            

            Thomas Everett b. 1798 and d. 1869. He married Jane Sidnor of Madison Co, PA and moved to Mercer Co. 1839.

            Aaron Everett b. 1800 and d. 1847 in Perry Township, PA. Elsey Evaline Miller. Perry Township, PA.

            Zepaniah Everett b. 1805 and d. 1872 (1814-1872) of Perry, PA. Married Nancy Smiley of Norwich Township.

            Samuel Everett b. 1802 and d. 1834

          Mercy Ann Everett b. 1808 and d. 1888. (1) Jesse Miller b. Franklin Co. to Grundy Co.
